This functionality is actually tied directly into the existing intro/marker system Zuno uses. Zuno pulls these markers from various sources, including the ones generated by your media server (Plex/Jellyfin/Emby) if you have that feature enabled.
The issue is usually that some intro markers simply don’t include or account for the ‘last episode’ recap in their timestamps. Since Zuno relies entirely on those external data sources for its markers, there isn’t much the app can do on its own if the server (or other sources it uses) doesn’t provide that timestamp. Do you have any ideas behind this?
I’ve personally found that the Fladder client has the best Recap/Intro/Outro/Preview detection. Throughout my entire watch of Attack on Titan, it was literally perfect.
Obviously you can’t steal their code but maybe they are using a special source for this that you too can also avail yourself of?
